Looking at putting a gun rack in the Samurai and was wondering what brand you guys are using and where you are putting them? My Samurai is a standard and soft top.

here in cali if you have a gun rack in your rig, it needs to be over the back window so they can be seen from out side. Trust me I know:D, They concider it a consealed weapon. I put mine below my back window because theres nothing to really mount it to on the top above my window in my Dodge Ram. Just my .02

I wonder if it's legal to mount it vertically "cop style". It should still be able to easily be seen? A friend of mine has one for his Tacoma that's build into the seat covers... it's for sure below the window line... anyway, good to know... I was thinking about copying the design :(
