RedBullJeep 08-06-2009, 11:51 AM Can you re-print the qualification procedure here as well please?
Big Rich 08-06-2009, 01:18 PM Who qualifies:
Kurt Shramovich - last year's Cooper Tire All Stock Nationals Champion
Top 5 W.E.ROCK East series
Top 5 W.E.ROCK West series
5 W.E.ROCK WildCards (to be given to W.E.ROCK stock mod teams only)
Top 3 from each regional series
3 wildcards given to each regional series (to be given to their competing teams only)
No team (driver and/or spotter) may compete in both the All Stock Nationals AND the Grand Nationals...if any team qualifies for both, they must choose one.
RedBullJeep 08-06-2009, 04:25 PM And to keep things clear...qualifications only go to Stock Mod teams or the regional equivalent of our stock mod class. Don't anyone get any funny ideas ;)

zukjunkie13 08-09-2009, 10:15 AM dont know if i missed the entry form on the website. but i couldnt find it.
COME GET YA SOME 26 08-09-2009, 10:29 AM So when you say regional series, which series are you refering to? Also, their were only 7 total We-Rock series teams. Where do the 5 wild card competitors come from? What is the total number of entries that are allowed?
As far as regional series go you take the top three finishers and then 3 more from each series, so basically the top 6? thanks for response.
Rockhnd 08-09-2009, 01:39 PM I don't think the forms are up yet.

Not an official response but the reginal series that qualify I believe are Carolina Crawling, RC rocks, MErock, Cal Rocks and RROCK.
So all of the WE-rock competitors should have an invite and each regional series also has 6 bids into the big dance... Wild Card competitors usually come from someone that the sponsor wants in or a team that we-rock feels would be a benefit to the event for one reason or another. 90% of the time I'd say those aren't used though. You terhune and digger will all qualify from WE-rock even thought you also run RROCK the bigger series takes precedent.
Hope that helps, Jake

Jake has hit the nail on the head - W.E.ROCK wild card teams could be a cpompetitor from the past or a celebrity that we find a rig to drive, etc..... (not likely to happen)....
Big
COME GET YA SOME 26 08-10-2009, 11:15 AM Thanks for response. New this year, just curious about everything. Will see you on Friday Jake.

willymutt 08-10-2009, 12:59 PM pick me, pick me!!!!
I thought you were liquidating everything and I know you aren't a celebrity. :flipoff2:
Never Monday 08-10-2009, 01:19 PM Not a celeb? You haven't been to chit chat lately.
I sold the rig from last year. I have a new TJ coming Sat but it can't be ready in time.
Guess I'd have to drive yours :flipoff2:
willymutt 08-10-2009, 01:35 PM I don't think that is considered celebrity status in Chit Chat, or at least not what some of them call you!
Rockhnd 08-11-2009, 03:00 PM Hey Rich, I still don't see the forms up for ASN. AM I missing them somewhere?
Thanks!
Big Rich 08-11-2009, 04:42 PM I'll call Lil'Rich and get on his ass about that....
We will be having tech and registration downtown like last year.
staging for tech starts at 2pm, no earlier......
Tech from 3-8 friday august 28th....
Street party :-)

I am not running RROCK. Mike DeVore is running RROCK in our 890 car. If he qualifys for ASN via a spot in RROCK we may just have to work a little harder to get the 891 car done by the end of August rather than spring of 2010.:D
Rockhnd 08-12-2009, 01:18 PM THE FORM IS UP!!! :D
Thanks Rich and Rich. See ya out there.
YELLOWHOBO 08-12-2009, 06:00 PM Who qualifies:

Why is this?
RedBullJeep 08-13-2009, 12:08 AM Why is this?
In Grand Nationals, you cannot run two classes...this is a similar thing. Chose a class you qualify for and run it, let others take the spots in the other classes.
inphobic 08-13-2009, 10:04 AM Are the regional teams required to run window nets? That was the only thing I could see being tough to change if you haven't got them ordered yet since it takes about a week or more to custom make one.
Jake

Rockhnd 08-13-2009, 01:48 PM Jake, they will want window nets. I don't know if I am aloud to post a link, but here it goes:
http://www.teamtechmotorsports.com/safteynets/custom.html
These guys can hook people up quick and have great prices. The best prices I found. And are really nice people to deal with. Tell them when you need it by.

Jake
Kinda shady, but...
as far as I can tell, you're allowed to fail tech on a few 'non critical' items ONCE, and get to run for the weekend, but at the next event, the shit list has to be fixed...
so... if you've never run with the car in WeRock yet... you could probably work it out...
but I wouldnt drive all the way there to get screwed outta running.
Big Rich 08-17-2009, 01:55 PM Let's get on the ball people and get registered - fill out Dustins requested info sheet and see you all in Hannibal....
I expect 16 teams this year and so far only have 1 registered
Big Rich
We are seeding the area with 500 free spectator passes, that should draw a good crowd :D
Rockhnd 08-17-2009, 03:02 PM My check is on the way, I sent it as soon as I could print out the form...just gonna take a while going across the country. :D

Shram 08-17-2009, 06:13 PM Would you rather us pay at event at this point or put a check in the mail?
