Okay! I took my axle to a pro and had the perches welded
Problem solved!!!!

Now, a stupid question.
I'm getting ready to reassemble my FF hubs, do i pack the bearings with grease or are the bearings lubed by the diff oil???

Pack them so they dont start up dry but they are lubed by the diff oil.

i usually coat them in oil or white grease

I coat them in oil as well.

I jack the truck up side to side and let oil run in each hub before topping off the diff...

Im lucky enough to have a steep driveway, i just park the truck sideways both ways for a while.
