I'm tried google and came up empty handed.

The syncro ring has come off my mainshaft on the first gear cluster. The little plate retainers, springs and 6mm ball bearings are here in my hand and for the life of me I can not figure out how to get everything back into place.:eek:

Any tips?

You will see some flat spots in the ring between the syncros. The spring goes in the hole first, then the ball and the little plate goes on top of that. When I rebuilt mine, I slid the ring on part way, put the springs and balls in, and then kind of slid the plate part way under the ring. If you have another set of hands, it helps out a lot. Once you get all 4? of them in, slide the syncro ring over the whole mess and you are done. Just be careful not to slide it too far or you will be in the same spot. Be prepared to have this take more than a few tires to get it. Hope this helps, it's kind of hard to explain with out having it in front of me.
