: Where to find C6 tail shaft and 205 adapter

I need to find a c6 tail shaft to bolt up to a 205 and the adapter for the same, where can should I look?

I have purchased the adapters from jeffs bronco grave yard before,

What length shaft do you want, (there are 2 lengths for the c-6)

In my parts stash- I have several of them

Half fast Ford- I might be able to hook you up with a 203. I know someone that lives in your neck of the woods that will be coming my way in a few weeks or so. Let me know if you are interested.

This makes me laugh because I traded a ford np205 for a 203.

They are not really that hard to find. I have 3 complete tranny and transfer case combos. I have less then $500 into all three.

if i was any better with ford parts i would say there is one at the picknpull near me, but because i hate ford i cant tell you if its a c4 or a c6.

tell me a quick way to tell them apart and i can give you an ansewer on saturday.

You can tell by the pan shape...

Pan will look diffirent, but this is the shape:

Im looking for the alum tail housing for a C6. Id be really intrested in paying for shipping if someone has a decent one laying around.

no but i know where the fuck a ford automatic married 205 is, now that i know wtf to look for i WILL be able help him out by 1 being correctly id a part and 2 be able to pick it up and ship it to him if it turns out to be correct.

would pretty much suck balls on his half if i just yanked and sent it to him not nowing if it was what he actualy needed or not.

went back today, it is a c6, the above pan, the adapter and case are all still there.
