Eccotemp L5 Outdoor Shower kit Cost $130 with shipping
Misc. fittings and such $35
Installed Bulkhead fitting into front wall of camper. Then used T and pex to get from camper plumbing up to bulkhead fitting. Then to exterior valve.
Stock pump was 45 psi max diaphram pump. I was worried about this because optimum shower pressure was suppose to be 40-60 psi. To try and keep pressure higher I used washing machine hose to get from the valve outside camper to the kit.
Put LP tank in milk crate and strapped to front corner of trailer.
Shower head holder is bolted on, but the rest of the kit comes down for transport. Take water supply loose from the kit and LP loose from the tank.
For privacy we used 2 fullsize heavy shower curtains. 16 1.5"x1" magnets and 5 pieces of .75" conduit. Started with one curtain on drivers side with top of curtain on Ibeam above the tool box on trailer, used magnets and went forward and then across under spare tire and ended up at the cross brace of tire holder. Then took other from other side and did the same. To keep curtains from blowing I had the wife sew a 1.5" seam in the bottom of the curtains and we slide a longer piece of conduit into the sides (front to back) and shorter into the front (side to side) of the curtain.
The only downfall we found on vacation to the Rockies was that gravel from the campground pad/driveway splashed up on ankles. Nothing 2 Dodge floormats couldn't solve. We will look for welcome mat or something else for next trip. All in all it works great and the wife and daughter don't mind using it. Holding tank in camper is 22.5 gallons. We (3) each got 2 showers out of on tank. One morning it was cold and I stayed under the water for a little longer that I should have.
