Im getting a shopping list ready for all the parts i need for my high steer setup on my dana 44, but Im not sure which tie rod ends to use. I read mr. Ns high steer d44 bible, but the part # he supplies looks to be an inverted T setup. I would like to use 1 ton TREs, but i want my tie rod, and drag link to both connect to the pass. side high steer arm. does anyone have part #s I can use to make this happen? can i just use (2) ES2234R TREs?

ES2026R TIE ROD END
ES2027L TIE ROD END
ES2233L TIE ROD END
ES2234R TIE ROD END
the one tie rod does have a hole for a inverted T but dont use it just run your draglink to the high steer arm next to the tie rod
One of these years I'll update that page...
I don't like the "T" style
I'm running the bottom pic..
My next steering build I was planning on using 2026R at all four links. Only 1 spare needed then...

thanks mr. N, would that cause issues be RH threads on both sides?
also the pitman arm TRE not being a "high angle" or whatever they call it..

Yes, for an on street rig it could be a hassle to align it.
Heck, might get some strange looks if you brought it to a shop. :D
I'm not to worried as it's 95% trails

There is A LOT of thread on those suckers!

Bent one is not mine
Check the shadow better, I've only 2-3 threads showing.
-I've seen a few bend at the thread, and agree too much thread can be an issue.
