: johnny joint Question

I am thinking about changing all my links to johnny joints. How is everyone making the links adjustable with them? dod you weld a threaded shank to the joint? Or do you weld tube then have a threaded section in the middle of the link?

You could use a JJ on one end and these on the other.

3/4 X 5/8 what is the thread size on the bolt and what is the Bushing bolt hole size?

I welded a big azz bolt onto my jj b/c I needed them at both end to deal with binding

5/8 thru bolt with Poly bushing
3/4-16 stud RH thread.
Stainless steel. They were ~32.00 ea.

so these have been holding up then? My rig is around 5000 lbs. so I figure i am around the weight of a Scout! :p
