I am finally ready to start the rebuild on my transmission it is sitting on the bench in many peices. I need to wash the trans before I start and will need to wash all parts as I go.

I am looking for suggestions on which parts washer to get. I am hoping not to spend to much no more than $200 as I don't think I will be using it often maybe once a year. Should I get a real cheap one and take the trans case and have it washed in a pro's steam washer or spend a little extra for a larger one.

thanks

when I did my e4od I used a 20 gallon parts washer from northern

works fine just requires a bit more creativity when cleaning everything. Dropping the case off at a pro's shop would be a better option.
