i am building a cage for my cj7 was tring to find somewhere to get a front hoop made from 1.75 dom tube the rest ican handle.anyone know a good place to order one that is reasonably priced.

Smittybuilt used to sell a front hoop with 2 spreaders for CJ's.I used this for a starting point on my last CJ-7.

I'm not a big fan of that A to Z cage due to the questionable tube work around your head area and wouldn't use anything that I needed to protect my life that had Smittybuilt on it. I'm sure the A to Z cage would work but basic physics argues that its a weaker design and un-needed. For a one time rollover cage it will probably more then work fine provided they use quality up to spec tubing and not the poser shit that Smittybuilt used to/still uses.

Read this thread and check these guys out. Nice strong shit, ready to be rolled and all you gotta do is weld it in and for less money.

It should fit. CJ tubs and YJ tubs are interchangable, same thing with roll bars. That front hoop connects to both.
