obviously it can be done. I just want to know how others have got a leaf spring perch mounted in the housing.

That Extreme show just did a build on a Scout/Jeep thingagig doing a SOA front axle conversion.

Would you believe that when I got them someone had pulled them out of a scout, pullet the covers, drained the oil, and then loosely put the covers back on :shaking: The gears seemed to be in great shape, but the bearings are shot.
