I had heard rumors, so I emailed JB Conversions to verify whether or not they were working on low gear sets for the 205. Here's the repsonse I received:

Cost should be around $1100.00 for a set. Ratio is 3:1.
We are prototyping and testing now. All is going well. With more testing time and then 3 months of production run time we are about 6 months out for being able to ship product. We are keeping a call-back list so send name, phone, and input spline application so we can call you back when parts are available.

Umm, newbie :flipoff2: - if you read his post you will see that he is not selling the stuff, he is just reporting the info he got from JB. Otherwise, I agree $1100 is a lot of dinero. Eariler reports said $700 so it will probably be $1500 by the time they put them on the market. I am still very curious to see how the hell they are doing this too.

1100 is just as bad a WMS selling those damn 203 gearsets, but I agree it's WAY too fawkin much! I am also interested in seeing how they do it. if the price came down to 700 I might buy.....hell that's cheaper than the doubler adapter and no d-line mods are required, though later on down the road a doubler with 3:1 in one of the cases nets a lot more choices :D......we'll see what comes of it tho...
