I need them out of the garage. i am building a new DH bike and these doors are helping fund some of that build. I will take $200.00 shipped! I pay shipping up to 50 bucks. I took them to the USPS and they were below that price for most of the US. please PM me if you want the doors. I need them gone ASAP. first 200 in my paypal takes them!

curleyman 11-05-2009, 07:43 AM Alex and I (BA Engineering) charge $320 for the tube doors on my rig and $350 for the same door using dom tube. Here is a picture they connect to the stock hinges and a regular pin goes through the stock door latch. You will easily be able to use both your stock door and our tube door. The swap takes about ten min and we can paint it with industrial paint or have it powder coated for a little bit extra.

I will do the door similar to the one in the picture you posted for $275.00 HREW or $300.00 DOM. To send it to Powdercoat with cardinal stock color would add about $60.00 to the price and self etching primer and paint would run $35.00. Go to cardinal.com for powdercoats colors. I highly reccommend that the bottom tube is no further then two inches off the floor but we will build whatever you want.

Just to give you a heads up the hinges aren't the same on the frontiers and xterras as the hardbodys and pathfinders, there is no removable pin.
curleyman 11-06-2009, 01:32 PM Actually you may want to look again. The hinge design has pretty much remained the same. One route is to remove the stock pins and replace them with latched pins. The other way to fasten the tube doors is to bolt them onto the stock hinges using the stock bolts. Don't worry we have plenty of experience.

curleyman 11-11-2009, 07:28 AM I'm not afraid of criticism but I will not walk into mudslinging campaign. I am a welder and Fabricator by trade. I glue metal together for a living and my employer let's me use the shop for offroad style jobs on the side. We have plenty of work here in Colorado and I really cannot justify paying pirate right now so I can advertise. If my comments or attempts to offer our services on this board have offended anyone please let me know. No I do not have a yellow star and yes I do make errors when I'm typing. As I said before I am a welder, my hands are mostly numb and it is what it is. If you want great welds and a fantastic product come to me. If this thread violates pirates rules just delete it. Ive got plenty of work and side work here in Colorado.
McClurgm 11-11-2009, 12:19 PM CurleyMan - you have a star in my book. you choose the color - i dont give a shit.
