C303 portal & Dana44 from a Volvo Laplander (C903)

The frame is also from a Laplander, it's boxed by default.

Looks pretty cool.. one question though, what's going to keep the axle/diff from smacking the frame rails during compresion?

Look closesly at the picture and you'll see some bumpstops. In the top picture just below the shock mount and in the middle picture just to the left of the shock. Not much flex though.

Sweden: Where did your friend find those fender flares? I might need some wide one's for my Flatfender as I'm going with Waggy full width axles.

Ok, first things first...

I WANT `EM I WANT `EM I WANT `EM!!! :D :D :D

I feel better now.
Sweden how wide are the 303 axles wheel mounting surface to WMS?

And most of the pics I've seen so far of rears are with the diff offset to the passenger side. Are the centered diff rear axles from the 6x6 Volvos only, and not from a C303? If this is the case are the the 6x6 axles the same specs as the 303 axles?

Also do you know the spring perch width?

And last question for this post, what size is the bolt pattren?

Ok this is the last question... What size rims are stock for these axles... 16", 16.5". or 20"?

Ok this is really the last question... What is the safe reccomended RPM for these axles? Can they be run at 90 or 100km/h (Canadian `Eh) on paved roads?

Thanks...
