This link brings you to an interview with Kieran Suckling, the mastermind behind the Center for Biological Diversity. This organization has won over 80 lawsuits that shut down public and private land including a large part of the Glamis Sand Dunes in Southern California. He is backed by people like Ted Turner (CNN, Time, etc. $$$$). Groups like CDB and the Sierra Club have serious cash inflow and want to limit your access to public lands. You need to get mad about this. Get organized and fight back.
