Bottom line is they chuck thousands of emails just b/c they can't verify that they're from constituents.

Yup, and you're probably better off just to e-mail right from your own account rather than sending something from one of those auto-generated e-mails on someone's website. I've e-mailed my Rep numerous times. The drill is I get a form-type e-mail confirmation back same day. Then, a "thank you" e-mail from one of his flunkies a day or two later. And within a week an actual letter mailed to my house that addresses the subject.

At least, that's how it works with my Rep & ONE of my senators. Jean Carnahan can kiss my ass. I'll never hear back from that leftist cunt.
