Nothing. Anyone with a wrecked YJ tub on this board is just going to wreck a new one as bad as the first one, so why replace it :D

with no papers.. it would be kinda hard to register..

I dont know if there is a process you can go thru..

So i dont think there would be much value to it.. unless you want to build a beater that you would never register or insure

i paid $450 for mine a couple years ago before the CJ to YJ tub swaps were common.

now they are going for $500-$1000 in the rust-belt (where CJ tub swaps are common).

To someone with a rotted out CJ or a really smashed (or burnt, RSQJEEP?) YJ, about $400

Not all states need the tub to be titled, they go for $600 on up usually in these parts.
