I've received quotes anywhere from $60 to $100 to mount and balance four 36" tyres. Where do y'all go and how much do you pay?

Try costco, they mounted (not balanced) 4 38's for $26. Woulda mounted and balanced em for $40

I'll try them again. I asked a long time ago and they said they'd only mount and balance tyres that were bought from them.

find yourself a semi tire center or local tractor store, they'll know of a place that will mount larger tires.

try mounting yourself. its not all that hard and you feel real cool after you do it. it just takes some prybars, dishwashing fluid and a buddy or two.

Socal Tire in Burbank.... Does good job with Offroad Stuff!

Edit.... Whoops.. they're NOT on Victory...Can't remember the name of the street, but they're around the corner from the "main" ORU. East side of the 5.

I have to agree with this newbie, mount them up in your garage, use prybars or long screwdrivers, and you should be able to do them by your self if you cant get anyone to help

I've done a lot of that. For the $26 it cost me to have someone else wrestle the 38 sx's on a 110 degree day it was well worth it ;)

it sure is nice to live only 20 min. from INTERCO:D , you buy the swampers from them and they balance or remount them for free
