Would this welder have enought power to make Roll cages, custom crossmembers, bumpers and linking suspension and other things needed on the rig . Also does anyone own one and if so how do they like it. I am sorry if this question been asked over and over Thanks

Yes, it's been asked 100 times already. There's a whole bunch of, "what welder should I buy?" threads. But if you searched you'd already know that.
I have a HH210 and love it. It doesn't have the duty cycle of the Ironman 210 or a Miller 210/212, etc but I'm not doing production work welding 12 hours a day either.
The smaller size and smaller pricetag are worth the slight decrease in performance, I have done a lot of welding with mine and have never even come close to exceeding the duty cycle. It's rated for up to 3/8" IIRC which will be plenty for general hobby fab work.
