Replace the seal again, this time check the sealing surface on the yoke and make sure it is perfect. If not, get a replacement yoke or a speedi-sleeve.

A little silicone on cleaned splines, behind the washer, proper torque on the new nut. Pack the inside of the new seal with grease to keep the spring in place. Can't have radial play or you'll need to remove shims or sleeve it as mentioned. Clean the yoke splines, polish the outer surface where the seal lives, check for grooves. Good luck.
