Hello, I was wondering if anyone might know if I could use the Fgb52's which are front spring hangers for a 69-72 fullsize chevy on my 1997 2 door tahoe to do an sas? They seem too have the body mount in the same place and I was wondering if the frame and dimensions have really changed much over the years (I know thats a huge leap.). Anyways, I will appreciate any input. Thank you.

The different frame width will pose a problem, make your mounts to fit your leaf springs....... thats what Id do anyways.

Although the frame widths differ, could i still theoretically use the spring hangers and original through the frame shackle hangers? What i mean is, will the spring and shackle hangers line up? I can put new spring pads on the axle. I liked the idea of using that combo of the old style spring/shackle hangers because it would remain very low profile, I dont want something like they skys manufacturing kit that puts the truck up high as balls right off the bat.
