1992 Jeep Wrangler Rock Crawler

This Jeep is Built to wheel. It has body damage and a Full cage with frame tie ins and seat mounts with full harnesses.

Specs:

Engine: 4.0L Inline 6 cylinder with approx. 45,000 miles on it

Transmission: AX15 5 speed Manuel out of a 98 TJ. approx 65,000 miles on it and a centerforce duel friction clutch

Transfer case: Dana 300 fully rebuilt with new everything. Tera low 4:1 kit and a JB conversions 32 spline front output. and a advanced adaptors 32 spline rear output. With less then a year old.

Drive Shafts: rear 1350 CV tom woods HD spline less then a year old , front is a modified TJ 1310 CV drive shaft. i have a 1350 corney custom drive shaft for the front with the yokes to install it. it will come with.

Axles: Front Dana 60 with 35 spline outer stub shafts and warm premium lockouts less then a year old. 4:10 gears and welded carrier. Rear axle is a Corp 14 bolt shaved for the clearance of a Dana 44 with a Solid diff cover. With 4:10 gears and a welded carrier.

Tires: 39.5 X13.50 r17 Interco Super Swamper Iroks with a season of wheeling on them in good shape.

Wheels: are black rock krawler steel wheels with rock rash

Suspension: The suspension is custom made with 1.25” Fk bearing Heim joints front and rear, upper and lower links. The tube is 2” .25 wall DOM for all of the links. It have dual triangulated 4 link in the rear and the rear frame was back halfed and tubed in with 1.75 .12 wall DOM tubing. Along with 14” sway a way 2.0 Air shocks.

The front is a 3 link with 2” .25 wall DOM tubing upper and lower. The track bar is 37 inches long for a good travel for the drop it has it is built with 1” evolution heim joints. The front has 16” travel sway a way 2.0 air shocks. With a lot of custom tubing for the upper shock mounts.

Steering: It has a Full Hydraulic double ended balanced ram kit from PSC motor sports.. Its is mounted on a fully protected mount and works great. It has about 3-3.5 turns lock to lock and handles Great on the trail fast or slow. I have also driven this rig on the road and it drives great for what it is. This setup is less then a year old.

Brakes: Rear brakes have a disc conversion it also can be controlled with a line lock for front dig maneuvers. Front is a stock disc brake setup. All Brake hoses are stainless steel braided hose. The brakes are controlled by and upgraded master cylinder off of a 78 mercury marquis and stops this rig on a dime with 40” tires.

Bumper: The front bumper is a 2TE stubby bumper with a long tube stinger and a grill hoop to protect the radiator. It Also has a Super Winch EP 9000 winch on the front with 100 feet of Synthetic winch line.

This jeep sits very low for an extremely stable ride. It has a windshield that can be taken on and off for some weather conditions on the trail. It will also come with a tonnue cover and a bikini top for some weather protection. There is no Heat in this jeep I rarely drive it in the winter with exception to a snow trail ride or two. Like I said there is body damage and this is not a show jeep it is Built to wheel…

I’m sure I have forgotten a few things so please bare with me and ask all the questions you need to about the rig. This is a Very capable rig that works great for the hardcore wheeler. I have lots of picture of the build up too many to post. There is a LOT of time put into this rig!

I ended up adding more parts and money too the jeep and keeping it for now
