BWOR IS STILL MAKING DIMPLE DIES DIRT CHEAP BUT........................I'm looking for more work for my machines. I've got 7 cnc machines-4 lathes, 3 mills and am able to provide 3 shift capacity for them. We also have fabrication and high volume assembly capabilities. If you've got some work you need done, please let me know. I've been looking for new products to manufacture in house but until that progresses further, I don't have enough work to keep all my machines busy, so I'm asking for sub out machining or fab work if there's any to be had out there. Maybe someone has too much work and can't get their product out fast enough or someone's thinking of trying to expand their product line but can't see spending the money on new equipment right now to get the job done. If you're in this situation or know someone that is, please contact me and let me put my machines to work for you.
Thanks, Leah

You should put feelers out to companies building parts for hydro power generation.
Here in Pa The 2 companies I get in are going full out 7 days a week in these tuff times.
It can`t hurt.
Good Luck:D

Its not big money......but I build turbo systems etc and need small runs of flanges made and some other asorted bits. Im always shopping around for a good deal on machine work. If your interested let me know. A lot of is 1/2" 304 flanges for turbo stuff. I also am working on expanding my parts election so I'll have other things that need to be machined as well.

Will you do one off parts? If so, can you take solidworks drawings?

More importantly, can you work from Amish CAD (paper/pencil drawings)?

Save it as a dwg or as a pdf if Solidworks has that option. Or download Primo PDF (http://www.primopdf.com/) and plot/save it as a pdf.

Yes,we can work with solidworks and the even oldest versions of "AMISH CAD" (we work with regular drawings everyday, some dated back to the 1950's) and there is no job too small or too big for a starving machine shop to consider. Let me know what you want us to look at and we'll be glad to quote it for you. Thanks, Leah

I'll email you the drawings tomorrow, I'll probably just send one .dxf file to get an idea of your pricing. But from shopping around I think the person I have is as good as it gets or so im told when i tell shops how much i get stuff done after i get quotes...But I'm always up for seeing what other choices are out there..the 1/2" 304 flanges run into qtys of about 30 and then other stuff up to about 100 or so.

If you're looking for parts to go into production with, check the "It's all about the little things" (or something like that) thread that I believe Sceep started in general 4x4. There is a 203/205 double that someone machined in there that is awesome. The guy doesn't seem too interested in making them so you might be able to buy his design. Several people have posted that they like it.
I'll take one as a finders fee.:D
