: BFG KM2 Question.

I just got a set of 35" KM2's. I was previously running on some 33" Mickey Thompson Baja Claw Radials. My question is, what air pressure are most people running their KM2's at when on the trail/street? I usually run about 13 psi with the MT Baja's because it seemed if I ran them any lower, I would cut sidewalls all the time. In the interest of not destroying the sidewalls on my new KM2's, I would like to find out what pressures people are running theirs at with success. For the sake of keeping things simple for trail pressure, lets say over Rubicon terrain. Thanks in advance. Yes, I realize this is kinda a dumb question. Times being what they are, don't wanna be buying replacement tires and all that.

What are you doing, following me? lol. I intend to tow the Jeep up for sure bro. Drives real nice with the new rubber. Not much of a loss in power either, and they are fairly quiet.

It doesn't really matter so much what tire as is what type. Radials or Bias. Most radials I have run have been about 7-9 PSI offroad and 25 PSI street. This also depends alot on the weight of your rig as well. You are actually less likely to cut a sidewall with less air in your tires, so I think you are getting unlucky. But thats the price you pay for radial tires.
