How hard is the conversion? How much $? Pros & Cons?

you could use dana 60 ends and shafts
you coud use stockcarproducts.com fullfloating 9" stuff...

Get ahold of Strong_like_tractor on this board. He machined a set of weld on flanges for a 9". Used Dana 44 spindles, hubs, etc and 30 spline outers. Pretty cool setup. It's on Cornjeeper's rig.
