I've searched, not sure the US ever got this vehicle can't find any reference to it on the net. Its a 2 door 1998 chev metro with a 1.6 L 16 valve with 3 spd auto.

The distributer sticks straight out the back like the other metro motors.

I want to swap it into a truck with a 1.6L 16v 90deg distributer (smoking, squirrels ate the air filter out of it, sucked crap in for 20,000 km).

Will the head or the disty angle drive swap on these block?

i have one of those. seems to be kinda rare though. plan is to install that motor into one of our zuk's. since the zuk was kinda rough anyway, we just cut a whole in the firewall for the distrubter.

You can use a cam from trackick along with the dist. My 1.6 16v baleno(esteem?) is running with a vitara cam
