dirtdober 09-15-2009, 03:49 PM ive got a 1989 s-10 truggy with 1 ton running gear and my brake pedal is really soft but it does have decent brakes it just goes to the floor.i still have the stock master cylinder on it --is this the problem. just seeing if anyone has any suggestions dfl701 09-15-2009, 05:39 PM did you bleed the brakes really good? dirtdober 09-15-2009, 08:45 PM yes the brakes have been bleed several times g-wizz 09-15-2009, 08:57 PM well all the 1ton stuff is bigger. so your master is wrong. get a bigger one and everything should be fine. im sorta in the exact opposite situation your in, 1ton master cylinder with 3/4ton running gear so my pedal is hard as heck.
