Ok I have a high steer arm from OTT industries i bought used on my chevy 44 that is just rubbing the tires i have. Has anyone ever tried to put a slight bend to a steering arm with good results? Or should i just grind some of the arm away? I have searched around for this but this doesn't look like a common situation. Thanks for any help given.

Are you running stock H1's, or something weird for the backspacing on the wheels?

How much space do you need? Could you use wheel spacers to get the room you need?

Probably the arm is just barely rubbing with the tires bolted on. The truck is pretty wide so i was trying to avoid increasing the width if that is possible.

I'd grind a little off and smooth with a flap disc rather than screw up the steering arm geometry.

If it's rubbing now just sitting it will rub WAAYY worse in real world conditions. Tires swell and move while driving on the road let alone on a trail.Probably the arm is just barely rubbing with the tires bolted on. The truck is pretty wide so i was trying to avoid increasing the width if that is possible.

You could try a bigger diameter rim or a rim with different back spacing.
Dont fuck with the arm. the arm is not the problem.
