Working on trying to alleviate some of my underhood temps... anyone come up with a good hood venting solution yet?

What rig are you running? TJ, YJ, CJ?

I'm running one of these (http://www.quadratec.com/products/13006_600X_PG.htm) on my YJ. Works really well. Comes with everything you need including a steel template so you don't have to touch the final product until you are ready to install it. Plus it's made 100% here in the USA!:usa:

I purchase these and put them on my CJ7.

Looks good and very functional. But I will say they were not cheap.

There is actually a machine that can cut louvers into your hood.We have a local "HOT ROD" shop in town here that has one.Try calling around your local shops maybe some one has one there.Just another option.

Heres what I did. It helps quite a bit, an easy 10* difference http://i224.photobucket.com/albums/dd122/d1612/untitled.jpg

That dropped the water temp 10*. Underhood temps have dropped a ton, 40* maybe?
