A local gun shop has a high number 03-a3 receiver in great shape, with bolt and bottom metal for sale for $150. Sights are missing, as is trigger group, magazine floorplate, and magazine spring/follower. Is this a fair/good deal? I've been wanting to build a rifle in .30-06 on a mauser action for a while now, and I figure this'd be a great place to start.
