alright fellow ford fellows need a little help here .funning a 79 ford frame with 1 ton axles front and rear. got a little problem it eat's u-joint straps in the front for lunch on the pinon. i believe it is wraping the front axle it has the 79 f150 leafs in the front turned backwards with the shackles in the rear . believe it needs a traction bar or it may be called a tourtion bar anybody else ever had this problem. if so what did you do to fix it and not loose alot of flex.

Is the driveline to short? Is the gear ratio the same front and rear? What are the driveline angles like?

drive shaft is about 49 inches,same gears ratio, and pinon angle is within spec
