on a 72 to 93 body style ram how much lift can you get out of the supention before you have to change the stock pitman arm cause im building my own lift springs and I wanted to know if i could get 3 in of lift out of the supention before I have to change the arm ?

You can get by with the stock set up with a 3" lift. The steering sucks ass in stock form, just be aware that any lift at all makes it worse. The best bet is crossover.
