Dennis Bell's 109 IIa has a carburetted 350 in it too. It's behind the S1, and he's locked in the rear, runs 33 inch MTR's and is RHD.

Cooper's '57 109 Series One pick-up (yes, they did make a 109 Series One...look it up), with a 350 Chev. My '53 80 inch Series One with a 283 Chev.

We had the two oldest trucks at the Ralley. I won a t-shirt for having the oldest. If I hadn't gone, Cooper would have won it.

Too bad there wasn't a real photographer on the trip to document it for some magazine! :flipoff2:

Thanks for the pics Josh!

When and where did you bend your trailing link mount on the frame? I was on behind the rocks with you guys out there and didn't see it happen. Any video from that day?

I think it was right around white knuckle because when I was driving away, I noticed the rear left tire rubbing on the slider and door. This was caused by the axle actually moving forward 2 inches on that side. I didnt chicken out on the trail, just had to leave early due to my inability to articulate. Then the little sandled shit followed. The funniest thing was he actually got on the CB and let me know that my axle was slightly turned and that I was driving down the highway sideways. As if I didnt notice!

LOL! I had to read sandled a couple times before I realized what you meant. We certainly missed his company on High Dive and Upchuck. I think Jonathan and him were getting to be good pals. :D

yeah, that kid really pissed me off. My two favorite moments were when he shot that 1 foot boulder right where your truck had been parked 2 minutes before and the second when they were on white knuckle and suggested that he take out his warn mutimount winch and winch himself up. LOL

Hey now! Somebody had to help the kid get through that trail despite his large chest puffing the day before about the trails he could do. Oh yeah, and the fact that he was ready for anything with his ARB lockers...someone should tell him that a front diff guard is a good idea! Oh yeah, I thought is was amusing when he pulled the multimount out and Mark asked him if he knew how to use a winch properly as he was grabbing cable with bare hands.

Where is this "kid" from? What does his junk look like? (so that I can run away or back down the trail if I see him?)

Is the child in question the kid with the white Defender with his dad and brother? If it is then that is the same dumb ass that wanted me to lead him through Lower Helldorado on Thursay but got mad when I told him that his chances of making through without body damage was pretty good. He told me that he had allot of experience in Moab and had ran every trail but Lower and Upper H. BTW come to think of it I think he had dealer plates. :D

Did this kid ever chill out?

Who is he, what's his name and how do I stay the hell away from him?

Woah.

Maybe I phrased it wrong, I meant to say he got mad when I told him he would probally get body damage. Since I was diving my Heep, he then asked me if I thought he would not make it because he was not driving a Jeep. I told him no, it is because of allot of reasons ( mainly because I did not like his fawking attitude, but I did not tell him that). He ended up running Hells Revenge that day. :D

which jeep were you in? I hope not the one I couldnt keep my eyes off of. No offense ofcourse if it was your ride, but I'm not talkin about the jeep. Those of you who were there probbably know what I'm refering to.

Well I was driving the silver one, oh wait they were both silver :D I was driving the one that was the most set up out of the two. Mine had black rims and the other one had silver.

So umm, you weren't checkin me out were you :flipoff2: I think I know what you are refering to and I think you are talking about the other Jeep.
