I also did not get teh sticker and same note, the receipt showed a sticker, but none to be found.

Me either. :( No biggie though. The catalog is very nice and has some really nice stuff in it. Its of a very nice quality and print.

Just recieved my catalog yesterday and realized that the order slip inside the catalog said that there was suppose to be the Ballistic red skull sticker with it and I didn't get on with the catalog. Invoice #AB-14138 any ideas?

i ordered my catalog on 10/9 and still havent received it. also ordered a t-shirt and didnt get it either. cancelled the order for the shirt i ordered and still havent got my money back. im 0 for 2. ballistic is batting a 1000 for shitty service right now.

Love the products just want a catalogue. Ordered it over 3 weeks ago still nothing. No prob I'll just wait, but doesn't look good if the catalogue can't make it out to me, how long would it take for some brackets, or tabs etc? Still nothing bad to say. Keep up the innovative fab work, can't wait to see what you guys come up with next.

We're a bit (about a month) behind on getting catalogs out with the recent focus on same day shipping for products. BUT, we are about to begin an innovative new way to get these out much more efficiently. We should be able to get out bulk quantities of catalogs in one operation...it'll be much nicer than individually shipping each catalog.

what kind of gaurantee will I have it wont take months to get them if I get them at all?

We have been concentrating on staying caught up on parts orders. If you need a catalog expedited just give us a call, or else they are going out in large batches every 3-4 weeks.

Catalogs are taking a long time at this point as we focus on shipping products immediately. The catalogs are going out in large batches starting this week, so if you have been waiting, we appreciate your patience.

If you want to order brackets, give us a call or make it online. The shipping dept is getting in-stock parts out fast now, usually same or next day, and almost every bracket is fully stocked on the shelf. If its not, its cutting and shipping in 2-3 days.

I just ordered some heims and mis alignment spacers from ballistic and received them in less than a week. Sucks some of you guys have had problem I have had nothing but good experiences with them.
