Has anyone done this? I can't seem to find one and am thinking about it. Low as possible, maybe 4" uptravel stuffing 37's or 35's.
Also, for those who have done it, what do you have to look out for when you cut out the inner fender structures front and rear? Major loss of chassis strength?
I've done it Build HERE (http://pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?p=8908522#15) and on a 95 with 4" up travel and stuffing 37's, but you probably don't want to be as drastic with the cutting as I did :p

that is not a zj that is a pile of tubes. looks good though:flipoff2:
There is very little tube there, really, no internal cage - only the c-pillar and a few support pieces. It's still mostly a '95 ZJ Orvis edition, well by shear number of parts anyway... I think. :grinpimp:

I've still got the truggy. Just finishing up full hydro on it right now. The Zj was my old daily driver a friend is gonna build cause I bought a tow rig/daily driver. As for me I've got axles, tire, wheels, drivetrain waiting on a pile of tube and the grass to stop growing for the new one. :grinpimp:
