cant grind enough on ford they still hit trying to keep it narrow

buy new rims in 16" or 17"
other then that you can buy brackets to put 1/2 ton chevy calipers on it, kinda dumb to reduce the braking though.

We've got 15s on a Ford 60, nearly no grinding, but the calipers are upside down.
Not quite sure how it was done, but it looks like all factory parts. We got the axle set up like that, and the only time it's annoying is when we have to pull the caliper and use a piece of wood to bleed the brakes.

make your own brackets, and use ranger dual piston calipers. works great on mine
