Subject: Management of the Big Cypress Preserve


Please take the time to address the issue of state sovereignty in regards to
the Management of the Big Cypress Preserve. As usual, Uncle Sam desires to
control this preserve from their bureaucracies in Washington, when in
reality, the jurisdiction lies within the state of Florida and under the
guidance of the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission. Please take
the stand to preserve and defend your authority in this matter! This action
is in the best interests of the people of Florida along with the citizens of
this country!
