Think it is slipping in third gear. Sometimes when i give it go the motor revs but the thing wont go faster. Takes a sec. then it moves. And yes my foot is off the clutch. Any suggestions?

The only way it can slip in any gear is if the clutch is bad or out of adjustment.

Manual trannys don't slip, your clutch is either out of adjstment, or worn out.:skull:

There is a adjustment rod w/ 2 nuts on it...If memory serve right, the rod is either bolted to the fork or it is somewhere between the fork or in the linkage somewhere...(duh):flipoff2: ...just loosen one nut and tighten the other one...can't remember which way to go though...Dave

Sticking out of the bellhousing there is the clutch fork. There is an adjustment rod that pushes on the fork. You will want to shorten this so the fork comes forward. This will give you full clutch engagement.Adjust it so you have 3/4" to 1" freeplay in pedal.Blazin:D
