: flat top milling
iwishihad1 10-02-2009, 08:20 AM do yall offer flat top milling
if so what would be the price of getting some chevy flat tops milled, drilled, and studs installed
thanks
DrVic723 10-02-2009, 10:32 AM Yes we can do them for $40 / pr. Thanks - Jeff
iwishihad1 10-02-2009, 11:34 AM my driverside came from the factory done
so if i wanted to just to pass side, milling, and drill/tap its only 20 bucks?
DrVic723 10-02-2009, 12:54 PM $30 for one side. Thanks - Jeff
InstaGator 10-02-2009, 01:25 PM FYI, it is worth the extra $10 to get both done as they can be milled to the same hieght. A 16th or an 8th might not seem like a lot but when you look at your tie rod and you can see it is not parrallel with the axle tube it may bug the crap out of you. I had to put washer spacers on one side to get it right and even having the spacers bugs me. Maybe it's just me...

DrVic723 10-04-2009, 01:10 PM I don't see wht not, but the price will goto $70 base due to reprogramming and fixture setup. If you can round up a few sets I will drop the price to the standard cost.

Thanks!! I'll see what I can do.
How much for the arms?
DrVic723 10-04-2009, 03:19 PM Is there a set on the market already?
CowboyKyle 10-04-2009, 04:41 PM Is there a set on the market already?
No. :(
CowboyKyle 10-04-2009, 07:28 PM Here are some more ideas. I know one is from an 05+ Dan 60, and another pic is from a 92-97 D60. If at all possible, I would like to be able to double sheer the heim with the stock steering arm. I know the brakes are different for all years of the ball joint D60; 92-97 vs 99-04 vs 05+, but if you could figure out
a one size fits all ordeal, that would could costs down I'd assume.

theydontstop 10-04-2009, 07:43 PM Jeff, if you need a set of BJ knuckles, I might be able to work something out. I need to take my rig down after a certain event in 5 weeks to replace some inner axle seals and more than likely some other parts that will be "compromised".

boost_aholic97 10-27-2009, 06:09 PM i don't know if this would be too much of a request or if you already do it but: can you machine a set of HP 44 knuckles with a key way and do you sell the high steer arms with the key way? kind of like the Sky set up, but i would much rather go with ballistic than sky.....
DrVic723 10-27-2009, 07:59 PM Not a problem at all, send them our way.
Grapehead 10-29-2009, 08:14 AM can you send me your address, payment info, and total cost for doing a pair of 44 knuckles, shipped to and from 27703 business address?

These types of deals need to be taken care of over the phone to avoid confusion. Lead time is 2-3 days as stated above.

:confused::confused::confused:
Does that mean you typoed? or did I misunderstand....?
Ballistic Eng 11-06-2009, 08:24 PM No, it means I can machine it to whatever you want, but I don't know if it will fit anything at this time. A conclusive setup from us is still in line for development.
mechanicalmongoose20 11-07-2009, 02:51 AM ok, so i already have new ball joints pressed in, and its a ford D44 so the drivers is already done. How much to press out the ball joints( assuming you need to so you can face them) mill and drill/tap passenger side, mill and re-tap drivers side, and press ball joints back in? Also, can you give a print of the locations of said drilled and tapped holes? i'm going to make my own high steer arms without spacers, but an extra 2" to clear the leafs. Thanks
iwishihad1 11-07-2009, 02:06 PM any chance that if i ordered the arm, and hardware kit at the same time as i got the milling done you guys could install the arm, or would there be added price
no big deal if not
