CITY ATV PARK PROPOSED IN IOWA

The Des Moines Register reported yesterday that Iowa government officials
are proposing to develop the first Des Moines metropolitan area off-road
vehicle park. The project would include year-round ATV use on a 160-acre
property in the metro area city of Pleasant Hill. The proposal is supported
by a $230,000 grant from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources.
