Not to sound like a smart-ass, but are you absolutely sure that they are the EXACT same specs? They may be a lower load rating and if you are using them for steering components, you are potentially putting yourself or your friend's lives at risk should one blow.

That said, I am not trying to be a safety weenie, since I do run heims on my track bar (possibly the one steering component that takes the most side/sheer load), but it can get kinda confusing looking at load ratings and giving them an honest comparison.

If they are in fact the same, that's a damn good price!

Yep they were the same, I ordered all my steering Heim's from spidertrax per there recomendation. One of the guy's in our club was asking me the specs so I took a screen shot of there specs and gave it to him He bought they same Spec heim as my xm10t heims for 16.99pc they came in the other day look identical to what I have except his body's are bronze color and mine are chrome..... as far as the saftey issues I would only use a heim joint on a trailer only vehicle, never a DD if I did want to use a heim for a DD I would by the same ones used on Dragsters and they are a chromoly with real high strength's. Generally in the $40.00-$65.00 range. and As far as the guys that are gonna post about leave steering to Profesionals Bite Me :flipoff2:
