Looks like Steve and Jen Rumore have a winner. Went up there this afternoon for a little tour in preparation for an article, got a chance to walk some of the trails and areas with Steve, looks to me like they have a winner!:D The terrain is something us 4 corners wheelers aren't used to, there are slickrock boulders, mixed in among the trees, and they have real dirt. Its going to be interesting when wet, the whole thing is a little like Tellico. I didn't wheel any of it, had the wife and kids with, didn't feel like airing down, blah blah :flipoff2: , but I'm going back next weekend for the open house. Here's a few pics, the first is where two trails divide in "Deuces Wild".

A climb up a long draw that has the 40" tire crowd drooling, this one is coming later on:

For those of you that can read a topo, here's a copy I got today, shows the differences in elevation over the 832 acres, that's 1 1/4 square miles!:D The ranch is outlined in the middle.

Looks quite a bit like Montrose type of terrain which is hard and fun. Looks like I will have to make a trip to the south part of the state.

Nice pics Brad!

Looks like it'll be worth the trip out. We may try to get out to the opening as well.
