I have seen these with it from factory, my tracker does not have it. I do have Air conditioning, and I dont see where the pump will go in my rig. Anyone ever put in PS in a Tracker? What parts do I need. Someone told me something about gears;box and a pump.

What can I expect to spend ? 200?

the bracket on my 16v 1.6 sidetrack engine mounts the power steering below the air conditioning pump.if you had one of these you could do the same(me thinks)........................:D

Need some more info on this if anyone can help, Im looking to purchase the items and need to make sure I get all my eggs in the same basket, Need it to bolt on. Im sure someone here has some personal expiereince of adding PS to a car with no PS im sure that Sidekick and trackers came with it in 95.

I have a 1.6 1600 16v with AC if that helps.

If you end up coming up to use our bender, you can check out my X90. It has P/S and A/C... see how it all lays out.

I believe your question was answered. Look at a 1.6 with P/S and buy the parts. I'd guess steering box, pump, pump bracket, high pressure line and resevoir. Call your local dealer for prices or dig it out of a junkyard.

What are your hours next saturday? Or hours in general. I would come up tommrow but my brother is going to Montana to Deliver a Sandrail. he is interested in purchasing some items for his XJ or at least taking a look around :-)

So this week or next saturday, ill call ahead.
