I am looking for a stronger option for a transmission in my zj. I have seen the nv4500 but I would like to stay auto if I could. Is there a stronger transmission that I could swap in?

that seems like the easiest bet. And just might go with that. I know you have notch the bellhousing for the cps. Which is fine. Also find a way to make it hydraulic controlled. Doesnt seem like too hard. But is there anything else? WHat about a nv3500? One out of a dakota. How much clearance do you need for that?
