Lane and I installed a Napa power steering pump 3 years ago and it is finally wearing out. It still works, just makes a very load clicking as RPM's increase. I want the same pump but can't remember what it was off? Anyone remember? I think it was around $80. For a D1.
Thanks

I've got the same issue....Mine's only three years old and groaning like an old man.
I think it was an S-10 or Sunbird application.
I need to dig through my receipts to be sure.

I just plugged that into the napa search area and nothing is coming up. You sure that number is correct? What vehicle is it off?

I did this about 1 year ago. The NAPA guy let me go in the back an match up a hose with a 90 bend to compensate for the lack of the 90 on the S-10 pump. No leaks, no noise, and no issues thus far.

AFIRover has further perfected this swap by using a piece of coiled spring steel inside the hose to keep it from collapsing.
I'm buying real pumps cheaply enough that it's not worth it to me to put something like that into a client's truck.
