Pick ups are nice, they have lots of room to store the junk that goes back on....

Mighty glad you wouldn't leave ANY cruiser in a river... especially mine!

Side note, last year I was late in joining up with the rest of the cruisers, and decided to take a "short cut" across the river. Shallow, rock out cropping, looked very simple.

Once I started crossing, and the tires broke though a "crust" I discovered how quickly loose sand will wash away around the tire. Basically the right side tires were fully submerged!

Funny part... Eric comes to give me a pull in his FZJ80... and gets stuck. Next is a FJ60, stuck. Finally had about FIVE of us trapped in that stuff.... until tp and Kristi made it look EASY! Lesson... keep out of the #$#%^ Water! :)

Grog! You have never had any insurance coverage on Kate  Bitch:flipoff2:

I could not afford replacement insurance ;)

Some things you just have to self insure and toys are one of them. If I had to earn a living in Kate, I would insure the crap out of her, but I can't justify the expense!

Something I have never seen, these were in between the transmission tunnel and the body, on every bolt, must have been to let the sealant have space.
No cracks about the dirty fingernails please........

BTW all you "experts":flipoff2: that said that all the tranny tunnels are the same are wngrog.....I mean wrong....A 78 is very different in the rear area, so it's either cut this one or try and see if there is an extra in my boneyard...........hey I'll bet the 62 soft top is the same.......:flipoff2:

Watch it big boy... I guess I'd better come get that thing before you get any ideas. :flipoff2:

That's too bad they're different. I've got one from a 78 I had planned to use in the 62.

It may be that the PU is only different, however I doubt it, the passenger side has a different profile, there is a raised sections that don't match up at all.
The 78 I have here is about 6" longer than the 65 model.
