Second posting for me at this site. I hope I can get some input from you guys. Iam looking to buy some inner and outer axle shafts and hubs and u joints. What is recommended and what is the best and what should I stay away from?

This dana 60 is going in a Early Bronco Iam leaving it full width. So factory lenght axles are what I am looking for. This rig is on a trailer 90 % off the time to and from the trails. Tires will be around 38 or 40 and pumped up 351 Windsor with a 4.86 Transfer case kit with a NP 435 and 4:88 gears with a ARB in Front. It will see it all snow, mud, sand, and rocks. It will get the abused. I have been running a Dana 44 too long and had way too many broken parts so this is a upgrade so I dont have as many if any problems.

the best is RCV CV joints IMO
then ctm stuff
those are both $2000 options though
I would stuff Yukons into it

Has there been many people braking the Dana 60 Yukon Shafts? I have broke the dana 44 Yukons shafts.

I use the stock Spicer inner shafts, Yukon 35 spline outers, Spicer SPL-55 u-joints, and Warn 35 spline hubs. I can't say I'm happy with the how the Warn hubs are working because they want to lock and unlock on their own sometimes, but my front is kind of freakish so I can't blame Warn.
This is a 6800# 78 Bronco with a 460, ZF5, 203/205, and 44" TSL's

Yup, tons. You couldn't pay me to run yukon shafts. Well, I take that back, but it would have to be $$$ :D

I called Superior axle today and they told me 2 - 3 weels out for axles. Is this going to turn in to a 2 month or longer deal? Any body ordered axles from them lately?
