Don't take cash, don't take a check, don't take credit cards....all they will take is a bonafide cashiers check from a local bank and it has to be for the exact amout. You wont know the amount until all the forms are filled out and the package weighed ...then drive around and get a cashiers check!

Be sure to look at all the signs posted around in their warehouse that post " we will not tolerate employee theft" or " we prosecute any employee who steals to the fullest extent of the law"

I still use them cause they are cheap but be prepared for run- around

Actually, they take money orders too..and the Walmart near the one in Sac sells MO's so it's real easy to drop it off, get a price and then run over to Wally world to get the eaxct amount on the MO.

shipped a 44" TSL from TX-SD for $40---no run around on either side.

Sorry, I didn't find there website because my w key on my keyboard at home doesn't work.

They are really reasonable. $66 to ship a tranny transfer case from Eagen MN to Sac Ramento CA, about 1600 mi.

Although it is a pain in the ass to drive it up there, and have to pick it up.

Thanks

It is a little wierd about them having to have a cashiers check for the exact amount, but if you can get an accurate weight and size, you can call and get a quote. Most of the time this has worked for me, but if it is off, you will be running around getting a cashiers check. Their warehouses are often located in the same areas as all the crack houses, so don't forget your "two legged varmit" repellant when you are walking into the local market with all that cash to get a cashier's check.

Make sure that it is palletized so they can lift it off your truck with a forklift or they will be cranky.

They will give me a pallet & rope or tiedowns if needed. Also take moneyorders too. $60 minimum.:usa:
