I`m actually going to be able to utilize my parts cleaner outside the new shop now that I`ll have running water and everything right there.

Is there such a thing that is biodegradable (and good) so that I can toss it out when not in use?

I`ll have to haul it away and dispose of it properly if I can't just toss it out due to not wanting to put that shit in my septic or the ground.

I will have hot water available to use too if that matters.

Some of the aqueous fluids would be OK for this UNUSED, but most of what we clean off parts isn't. You may be able to filter and settle, but I expect you'll be hauling the fluid out for disposal... unless maybe you have a sizable evaporation tray?
