whats up everyone...thought i would share some pics from our last run. its on private property, at a friends house. its a short riverbed course, about 1/3 of a mile long, but there are lots of big boulders, huge logs, 2 waterfall sections and big trees...the pics dont do the trail justice, its harder and steeper than it looks.....all of the rigs have at least 37" tires, lockers, (except 1 truck, which did not make it to the top ) we took about 6-7 hours to go to the top and back down with 7 rigs, some had to winch to get to the top, and 1 flop (me fooling around).....here are some pics, (missing a few sections of the trail) still waiting for more pics from friends.........

thanks man, the trail is in the upcountry area.....there are lots of potential trails, they just need to be opened up.....going to start working on a trail in the lava fields, starting in the mountains and ending at the beach....:D

Hey Lance, if you do come over to the islands for wheeling, you might want to check out the Kona side of the Big Island. We could take you out for some awesome rock crawling on the lava flows.

Nice Pics! Looks like some awesome potential rock trails. Kind of similar to Guam. However, Guam's rocks are mostly limestone. Any of you guys interested in competing in our Rock Crawling event here on the island? It's usally held in April. We usally have a couple of competitors from Japan, Saipan, and hopefully one from the U.S. this year. P.M. me if anyone is interested. We can try to set some thing up.

i think that the boys ran it last Saturday...? but i think that only Ryan and Greg went...i think all the other yotas are down right now..and the jeep guys had other plans..

peahi: ive been in the trail (on dirt bike) and crossed the river in a few places but have not wheeled it from top to bottom...from what ive seen its pretty close to Greg's just longer.

Greg's: the pics in this thread pretty much sums it up. lots of big boulder wheeling and some ledges..fun trail.

ICU #1 trail: see pics. tight technical sections, big climbs, more hard rock than boulders..seems to eat toyotas..:flipoff2:...and its getting harder..!!

ICU #2 trail: more climbs, bigger climbs, much longer than the first trail, most climbs are at least twice as tall as the first trail some even bigger, i attempted the first climb in the rain and got denied... almost rolled twice...scary, other than that only time will tell...!!!

monuments: have not wheeled it...

i would say that the ICU #2 is going to be the hardest...then ICU #1....Greg's and Peahi are next one longer than the other....and i cant comment on the other trail...but the trail that Doug got stuck on and took us 2 days to get him out...that one might be as hard or harder than the #2 ICU trail..!!!!
